USES:
- Facial Oil Nigella: perform a delicate circular massage on the face and neck after cleansing, with a few drops of oil Nigel, preferably in the evening for a month.
- Body Care Oil Nigella: after a bath or a scrub, heat the cumin oil in the palm of your hands and massage your body from top to bottom. Two to three times per week.
- Hair Care Oil Nigella: Divide the cumin oil on the length and leave on for about 20 minutes before shampooing. Wash and rinse. Once a week.
- Internally: for adults, 2 teaspoons cumin oil per day.
Storage : vegetable oil sensitive to oxidation. Store in a cool (<20°C) away from air and light.
