USAGE TIPS

• Anti-inflammatory, it relieves joint pain : topically is used because it is a very good massage oil to massage painful areas during crises (can be diluted 1-2 teaspoon in a water skin).
  
  
• Against heavy legs and cellulite : massage the legs by pressing firmly and moving up the foot to the thigh with circular movements.
  
  
• Against hair loss : it is applied in the evening, massaging well fingertips the scalp to promote the dilation of vessels and activate micro-circulation to properly rub assets. It surrounds a towel to leave it on overnight and rinse with shampoo the next morning. It is used in 4 weeks cure, every day or every two days, then follows a break from three weeks to not let the scalp to get used too.
  
  
• For the growth of eyelashes : we apply a small amount with a lash comb is left on overnight and the excess is removed the morning with a cleanser.
  
  
• To strengthen nails : is dipped fingertips for 10 minutes in a bowl of castor oil (possibly with the juice of a lemon to the clearing side) once a week.
  
  
• Calm stomach ache : if stomach bloating type of pain, painful menstruation it is used as a poultice. It soaks a clean cloth-type machine, a strip of cloth or castor oil compress on the abdomen (stomach and liver). To enhance the effect, we put over a hot water bottle or heating pad and remain lying down for 1 hour in the ideal.
  
  
• Against dry or acne-prone skin : rather it is applied at night before sleeping, because of its thick texture on the entire face or on the buttons and areas particularly dried (hands, elbows or knees folds...).
