The honey spurge or honey traditionally daghmous is from Morocco, and specifically of the Atlas trays. This rare honey comes from a plant called "Leafy cactoïde" or more commonly called Cactus.
It is very clean and loved for its taste rather strong, subtle and slightly pungent, while remaining soft and sweet as it should. But it is especially prized for its extraordinary medicinal benefits. Indeed, honey daghmous is deemed as excellent for toning and sore throat. He is also known for being one of the few honeys to completely cure asthma and to promote fertility in women.
